As the Volunteer Coordinator, Shashmeen is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers across our programs. She serves as the main point of contact, making sure each volunteer feels prepared, valued, and connected to the work we’re doing. She manages schedules, help organize events, and track participation to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her goal is to create a positive and welcoming environment where volunteers feel empowered to make a difference.
