Arizona Camp Sunrise
Next Camp is July 2024
Camp is a safe place where pediatric cancer survivors and fighters get to express their emotions, challenge themselves, try new things, and create life-long friendships with others who have triumphed in the face of the same hardship. This weeklong, sleep-away camp is held at Whispering Hope Ranch in Payson, Arizona. Activities include hiking, low ropes, archery, arts and crafts, talent show and our famous Jell-O war! Registration is required.

Day Camp
Arizona Camp Sunrise & Sidekicks partners with local pediatric oncology organizations who facilitate summer day camps for children who have or had cancer & their siblings, ages 3-7.

Leaders-in-Training
The Leader-In-Training (LIT) Program is offered to teens, ages 17-18. Leader-In-Training positions are primarily filled by former Sunrise and Sidekicks campers who demonstrate leadership potential, enthusiasm and responsibility. An application is required to be considered for the Leadership-In-Training program.
Spring Retreat
A weekend getaway for Sunrise and Sidekicks campers. Retreats are held at Camp Wamatochick in Prescott, Arizona. Staff and volunteers lead various indoor and outdoor activities. Roundtrip transportation is provided from Phoenix and Tucson. Registration is required.
Fall Retreat
