Born and raised in Santa Monica, California, Bobby Pacheco grew up surrounded by community, creativity, and a deep appreciation for people from all walks of life. Those early experiences shaped his passion for service, leadership, and building environments where others feel seen, supported, and encouraged.

Bobby’s strengths lie in relationship-building, program development, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. He enjoys mentoring, creating new ideas, and turning vision into action. Outside of work, Bobby loves sports, travel, meaningful conversations, and spending time with family and friends. He is excited to bring his heart, energy, and commitment to making a difference to Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation.
